The dragon hatchling Chapter 1: The Tale of Cynia On top of a rocky mountain top covered in snow from the winter storms there was a cave.  In the cave were stalagmites hanging from the ceiling that would make the cave seem like the inside of a beast’s jaw. Jade, ruby, and even some pieces of gold laid scattered on the cold floor of the cave along with a sleeping dragon hatchling. The dragon hatchling was female.  Her scales were a beautiful green which covered her entire body except her underbelly which was a tan color.
